David Goldwater
David Goldwater is the president of Goldwater Capital Nevada LLC, a mortgage investment business based in Las Vegas that provides investment services to individual clients as well as private corporations.
In 1994, he was elected to the Nevada State Legislature. During his 10 years of service, he worked to protect seniors, improve education, and provide healthcare for more Nevadans and was a pioneer in the effort to pass additional laws that implemented new protections for mortgage investors.
Mr. Goldwater has over 15 years experience in the financial service industry. He has served as a consultant to Taft-Hartly Pension Trust, managed private client assets at a major NYSE investment company, and covered banking, SEC, and social security issues while serving as the legislative assistant to Representative James H. Bilbray (D-NV). Mr. Goldwater routinely drafts investment policies and has extensive experience establishing due diligence procedures.
A life-long Las Vegas resident, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Finance Major from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and studied at Italy's prestigious School of International Business.
