Game changer for looking after hoppers or live food for the lizard. No need to mess about with water in the tank and this bag has lasted a good few months. Very happy with value for money.

Recently started a mealworm colony with the aim of having an endless supply of mealworm for my garden birds, I like to gut load my chunky worms just before putting them into their isolation containers triggering metamorphosis into the darkling beatle, I added the H20 balls along with their favourite food and to my surprise the mealies were all over the balls after stuffing their faces. I've since added the balls into the main colony as well as the mature colony whenever I look in there's always a few mealies chowing down on the balls. Hopefully once the beatles emerge they too will use the balls as their source of moisture, having an oatmeal substrate means I can't really allow moist veg to be lying around for too long as mould will grow so the balls really are a big help when it comes to hygiene :) very impressed and once they start shrinking a quick mist spray brings them back to life. Decent size but not too big and great value for money, very strong, sturdy little balls, easy to use and appearance wise brightens up a rather dull mealworm house 😅 I'll certainly be buying these from now on. From what I've seen from the mealies they taste great and give them all the moisture they need

Keeps the feeder insects that we use for our lizard well hydrated. Keep well as long as the bag is kept closed.

They are good quality hydro balls! They don’t fall apart when you get them out and do a good job. They are a good size we use them for feeding the gecko food aka locusts and they do a good job.

I use these for hydrating my lifefoods. Very effective and hold water a lot better than some brands I think this in part may be due to what the balls are made of as it seems traces of them are always left whereas with other brands they totally disappear. Not a major issue but a bit annoying as it means extra cleans in the dubia bin
